Yes, you heard it, magikarp should clearly be uber, with the ability swift swim it can rip through teams, When i see a magikarp in standard, i think, god! I see this same shit everywhere!. Magikarp is just too powerful for OU, come to your sense smogon, make it uber.

you totaly right with smeargle support with a sub bely drum sash and flail it screws teams over
